Suggested itinerary

We are driving up to Gellert Hill to enjoy the most beautiful river view of Europe. After visiting the Liberation Monument and the Citadel (former fortress) we cross the river on Liberty Bridge to Andrássy avenue and Heroes’ Square. We drive around the city park to learn about the Zoo, the biggest thermal bath of Budapest and even summon the spirit of Dracula in Vajdahunyad Castle. On the way back take a photo stop in front of the Parliament and the St. Stephen’s Basilica.

After lunch break let us visit the medieval Old Town of Buda, and enjoy the panoramic view from the Fishermen’s Bastion. Visit the Matthias Church, which was transformed to a mosque during the Ottoman era. Discover the hidden history and the relics of the Muslim rule in the Buda Castle. Finish the day in the shopping streets of Pest Inner City and the covered Market hall, where you can find the best souvenirs from Hungary to your beloved ones.
